Sean Saldua
Founder & GC

Sean grew up on the Big Island of Hawaii — outside was home. Whether it was the ocean, the land, or the open air of Kona, that connection to outdoor living never left him.

He spent over eight years as a licensed electrician before his passion for the full build process took over. He remodeled five of his own homes along the way, developing a sharp eye for design and a hands-on understanding of how great spaces come together from the ground up.

Sean moved to Arizona with his wife and two children for exactly what Scottsdale offers — a life lived outside. They built their own outdoor space to play, host friends, gather by the fire, and grill under the desert sky. That experience is the foundation of everything KOVA builds.

As a KB-1 licensed general contractor, Sean is personally invested in every project KOVA takes on. His goal is simple: give every client the same feeling his family found when they first stepped outside into a space built just for them.

We handle permits, materials, and coordinate our vetted trade network. KOVA is on-site and accountable at every stage.

Walkthrough

Final client walkthrough, care instructions left on-site, before and after photos. We don't close the job until you're satisfied.
